Y'all, sometimes the mess in my brain turns out to be pure deliciousness on a plate. Or, in a bowl, as it were. #blackbeansoup #ithasveganinit

Super easy recipe ingredients:

3 cans no salt added black beans
1 can no salt added diced tomatoes
1 onion diced
3 garlic cloves
1 T cumin
2 T chili powder
1/2 tbs each garlic powder and onion powder
2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp dried oregano

Super easy directions:


Sauté onion and garlic in sauce pan sprayed lightly with oil, add the rest, cook on med low heat for about 30 mins. Top with fresh squeezed lime juice, avocado and cashew cream. Sprinkle chipotle chili powder if desired to taste. ✌
